The waterfront village of Coconut Grove is the oldest continuously inhabited neighborhood of Miami-Dade County. Located south of Brickell and east of Coral Gables, “The Grove,” as it is known to locals, is a vibrant artistic community, known for the Coconut Grove Arts Festival, local farmer’s markets, and an abundance of outdoor cafes and shopping.  Charming, often sprawling homes, and Coconut Grove condos such as Grove at Grand Bay, Grove Isle, and the Ritz-Carlton Coconut Grove Residences, are tucked away in a lush tropical landscape that gives way to yacht-filled marinas and glimmering Biscayne Bay.
